The Master’s Degree in Security, Crisis and Emergency Management is a unique training proposal of its kind, a pioneer in an extraordinarily relevant field in complex societies such as modern ones and focused on policy applied studies, aimed at obtaining, implementing and reinforcing capacities and competencies required of professionals who must face the necessary plans and actions in response to security situations, crises and emergencies at technical levels such as study offices, or analysis offices of the different governments involved in the reaction. in the face of these situations, whether of the State, the Autonomous Communities or the City Councils within their respective competencies.
The training is inexorably multidisciplinary and over 60 ECTS it addresses the study of the current dimensions of security, strategic management of human resources, leadership and team management; dealing carefully with the new information and security technologies essential in security, crisis and emergency management. Also dedicated to strategic planning and Coordination of Preventive Security Devices, through negotiation and mediation in these situations or public policies and decision-making, without forgetting the analysis of the legal framework or advanced studies in security situations, crisis and emergencies among other training aspects of its complete program.
In short, a training proposal aimed at those who intend to carry out security and political risk consultant activities; security analysts; participate in these functions in the Public Administrations or in the security departments of the companies, among others.
