The so-called fourth industrial revolution, which is an outstanding sign of the global, complex and technological society in which we live, has penetrated and transformed the world of journalism, rendering traditional analog formats obsolete and leading to the era of multimedia, audiovisual communication, open to technology, incorporating a value or interactive relationship that was unthinkable not too long ago.
This transformation and its training demands is at the origin of this training proposal of the Master’s Degree in Digital Journalism and New Professional Profiles.
A training proposal, exploring, in classroom format, 60 ECTS, the new reality of communication and digital journalism, training communication professionals to face technological disruption.
This with varied content ranging from the study of professional trends in current journalism and ethical challenges in digital information, to entrepreneurship and new business models in the media or, finally, without prejudice to the detail in the corresponding place, narrative and transmedia techniques for the new journalism, or data journalism.
A first level training proposal, essential for those who want to know and develop professionally as a digital journalist, global traffic analyst, communication director, digital content manager, Content Manager or Digital Scriptwriter.
